Shipping & Delivery Policies 

Coverage: We ship to the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii ONLY at this time.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES:

  • Responsibility: Storm Warrior Enterprises LLC is NOT liable if an incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct BEFORE processing your order. 
  • Error Handling: If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order and resend it to you at no charge.

CUSTOMS, DUTY or VAT Fees:

  • Responsibility: We are not responsible for any Customs or Duty Fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur Customs/Duty or VAT Fees upon arrival in your country.

SHIPPING TIME:

  • Variability: Shipping time varies by location. Estimated dates for shipping within the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii are provided on the product pages, depending on our suppliers.
  • Exclusions: All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

  • Notification: Normally, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. However, due to various suppliers' shipping policies, a tracking number may not always be available.

 

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”:

  • Delay in Updates: For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. As soon as our systems have the tracking information, we will update you via email.

Multiple Packages:

  • Logistical Reasons: For logistical reasons beyond our control, multiple items purchased at the same time may be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
  • Tracking Numbers: Each package will have its own tracking number.

Priority Shipping:

  • Standard Production Time: Where applicable, if you choose Priority Shipping, the standard production time (which is based on our suppliers) will still apply.

Shipping Time and Cost Policy:

  1. Order Confirmation and Delivery Estimate:
    • After successfully paying and confirming an order, if available you will see the estimated delivery time and cost for shipping on your order confirmation page.
    • An order confirmation message will be sent to you, outlining the estimated processing time for your order.
  1. Processing Time:
    • The warehouse typically takes 1-3 days to process your order.
    • You will receive a notification message once your order has been shipped.
  1. Shipment Notification:
    • Upon shipping, you will receive a shipment notification message with the estimated delivery time for each package.
    • A tracking number will be provided once it is available.
    • You can view the estimated delivery time for each package in your order history at the same time.
  1. Delivery Timeframe:
    • Most orders are delivered within the estimated delivery time.
    • Actual delivery dates may vary due to flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors.
    • For the most up-to-date delivery information, please refer to the tracking details provided.

This policy ensures that you stay informed throughout the shipping process, from order confirmation to final delivery.

 Shipping address: 

Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery.  

  • PO Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes unless the shipper is the USPS (United States Postal Service). Please ensure that you have provided a correct and current physical address for shipping and delivery.
  • Restrictions: Certain items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Large products, valuables, perishables, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped via private carriers may require a signature confirmation for successful delivery.
  • Military Bases: Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.
